ASTM Committee C08 on Refractories meets twice a year, usually in March and October, with about 25 members attending one day of technical meetings. The Committee, with a membership of approximately 78, currently has jurisdiction of over 70 standards, published in the Annual Book of ASTM Standards, Volume 15.01. C08 has 8 technical subcommittees that maintain jurisdiction over these standards.
