ASTM Committee D06 was formed in 1937. D06 meets twice a year, generally in fall and summer in conjunction with TAPPI with over 20 members attending the one-day meeting. The Committee, with a current membership of approximately 60, has jurisdiction of over 77 standards, published in the Annual Book of ASTM Standards, Volume 15.09.
