ASTM Committee E15 on Industrial and Specialty Chemicals was formed in 1959. E15 meets once a year, usually in the spring, with approximately 10 members attending 1 day of technical meetings, and the committee also holds a virtual meeting in the fall. The Committee has 53 members and has jurisdiction of 58 standards, published in the Annual Book of ASTM Standards, Volume 15.05. E15 has 2 technical subcommittees that maintain jurisdiction over these standards.
