ASTM International Technical Committee F05

ASTM Committee F05 on Business Imaging Products was formed in 1966. F05 meets once a year, at the October Committee Week, with about 10 members attending a one day meeting concerning the development of standards relating to the business imaging industry. The Committee, with a current membership of approximately 30, has jurisdiction over 97 standards published in the Annual Book of ASTM Standards, Volume 15.09. F05 has 6 technical subcommittees that maintain jurisdiction over these standards. These standards play a preeminent role in aspects important to the business imaging industry including; ink abrasion and deposition tests, imaging and target tests and ink jet and toner usage measurement tests.
