Motor Gasoline

Fee: $627

Schedule: April, August, December

Sample amount distributed each test month: Approximately 1 gallon

ABOUT THE PROGRAM

ASTM’s Motor Gasoline Interlaboratory Crosscheck Program provides laboratories with a statistical quality assurance (SQA) tool, enabling them to compare, improve, and maintain, a high level of performance in the use of ASTM methods with other laboratories worldwide.

Conducted three times annually, this program provides a different commercial sample, report forms, and test instructions for each test cycle. Your laboratory performs the tests that you normally conduct within your own facility using the specified ASTM methods cited in the program.

PROGRAM SCHEDULE

The Motor Gasoline program will be conducted in April, August, and December. The annual fee is $627. Contact Jamie Huffnagle (Ph: 610-832-9682) for mid-year registration.

Samples, electronic test instructions, and report forms are distributed to each participant preceding the testing month. Labs have approximately six weeks to return test data to ASTM with final summary reports electronically distributed to participants approximately 20-25 business days following receipt of test data.
