Rationale

The standard was originally published in March 2019 and users had some time to practically use the test method. The main purpose of this revision is to add a precision and bias statement, following a material scoping study with a small group of laboratories and a larger ILS study thereafter. As a result of the user experience gained so far and the outcome of the ILS study, the test method will be revised accordingly to reflect potentially required changes, keeping the standard relevant and up to date.
