Rationale

1. The standard specifies the interior of the permeability cell have a finish of 0.81 m. It is unclear how users can measure this or what impact this finish has on testing. This ballot is to remove the language from the standard. 2. Standard C1222 requires a six month check of the Blaine apparatus with a reference standard. This is currently a note recommendation in C204. This ballot is to add this requirement into C204 to provide direction on how this check should take place.
