Rationale

The Precision and Bias for adhesion testing provided in this test method was never established. The subcommittee determined that manufacturers of flooring products require concrete surfaces to be free of curing materials prior to installation, therefore it would not warrant the effort to conduct an inter-laboratory study (ILS) to establish one. All references to adhesion testing are to be removed from the standard.
