Rationale

This standard received a negative on a re-approval ballot because its precision statement is not compliant with ASTM Form and Style. The negative was withdrawn in exchange of starting an interlaboratory study to create a compliant precision statement. Several standards were identified with a missing or incorrect Precision Statement at the same time. Subcommittee is working one standard at a time, starting in 2020. When the ILS for this standard will be initiated, the work item will be revised with a more precise revision target date.
