Rationale

This proposed ballot action is to allow the incorporation of standards on Liquid-in-Glass ASTM Thermometers with Low-Hazard Precision Liquids (E2251) and Digital Contact Thermometers (E2877) which had not completed development at the last revision to these standards. It will also address some issues and questions raised by users in the intervening period.
