Rationale

The objective for the Handling Qualities for Indirect Flight Control is to develop a Means of Compliance that accounts for the unique performance and maneuvers of winged eVTOL aircraft. The group will take a phased approach, starting with handling qualities of wing borne flight with indirect flight control with an onboard pilot and progressing to handling qualities of aircraft capable of VTOL operations without a pilot onboard.
