Rationale

As previously published, the standard covers Knoop testing of metallic coatings at two force levels. The request does not only expand the scope to allow other force levels (specifying other thickness indirectly leads to the use of different forces), but proposes the inclusion of Vickers testing as well. Neither change can be accomplished editorially.
