Rationale

See attached a document that was agreed to go out for subcommittee balloting, based on discussions at the ASTM F 06 meeting in Clearwater. This work is covered under WK 77814. Originally a document was balloted as a revision to ASTM F 2034, but after discussions at the meeting we elected to develop this as a standalone specification document for less confusion and better transparency regarding specified product requirements. The document is titled: Standard Specification for Liquid Applied Linoleum Floor Covering. If there are any questions please contact Dennis Bradway
