Rationale

The Task Group has completed all the items on the punch list for revising Sections 9.4 and 9.5 with one exception. That exception is to include language and diagram on the beveling of cutter lips to improve the sample increment delimitation. This work item is to focus on that final improvement to this part of the standard.
