Rationale

Table 1 in the 2015 publication of this standard included a row that attempted to compare the various methods by how long each test takes to measure Kfs of 10-5 cm/s. However, different test methods measure different ranges of Kfs and there is not one single Kfs value that is measured by all of the tests. For this reason, the row was removed from the table for this draft.
