Rationale

The standard guide needs Informative Appendices to include commentary and sources of additional information. An example of using the standard will be included with a template to help report the hygrothermal model characterization results and to make it easier to follow the requirements. The development of the Informative Appendices will additionally help identify needs for changes in the main body of the standard.
