Rationale

This ballot is intended to improve D6281 by 1. Putting back in the terminology item of ‘decision value’ that had been removed in a previous ballot because it was not referred to in the text, 2. The addition of text that refers to ‘decision value’, and 3. Changing Table 1 so that it is based on a different value of the grid opening size (a value more representative of what is currently used in laboratories).
