Rationale

This ballot item is to revise ASTM C856-20, Sections 6, 10, and 11. Specific language in these sections were discussed to be dated/obsolete practices at the ASTM C856 Task Group meeting in June 2023. The goal of this ballot is to update the document to current practices/remove obsolete practices.
