Rationale

A recent review of this standard identified revisions that will bring the standard current with terminology and also re-incorporate references that were inadvertently removed in the previous version of the standard. These include updating ACI references with "PRC" and revising titles, updating a reference to the second edition, adding 2 missing references, revising terminology in tables, and an editorial revision to add a space between dashes in a data range.
