Rationale

This standard was originally based upon silicate bioactive glasses, and there are now borate based and likely phosphate based bioactive glasses in use. In addition, the reference section is outdated as is the definition of 'bioactivity' which need to be updated, as well as a check and updating the "Referenced Documents" section of this standard.
