Rationale

In Sect 9.7, the procedure directs to ensure a minimum vacuum of 50.653 kPa (15 in. Hg). Without a maximum vacuum listed, there is potential for all filtration times to be less than 5 minutes. As such, nothing would ever rerun at reduced weight. Adding a maximum vacuum tolerance would reduce test variability caused by excessive vacuum.
