Rationale

When the standard was originally developed, grades S41500 and S41425 were not included in Table 3 Response to Heat Treatment. However Section 8.3 directs the reader that the martensitic grades shall be capable of meeting Table 3. There is no apparent reason that these two grades must be included in Table 3. To provide clarity a note indicating that these two grades are not included is being added to 8.3.
