T.G. 427. Insulation Marking. A) A solid quality control system has to rely as a very first step on tracking and traceability up to the maximum practical extent. B) An "anonymous" good does not assure Customer and Contractors for quality and product liability and also does not protect the manufacturer. C) Insulation mark should provide information on the insulation itself and embed and duplicate the marking on the tube (see T.G 428), in order to: • make such data readily available without damaging insulation; • to avoid any misleading information about the origin of the line set as an integrated engineered system.
