Rationale

The intent of this revision is to provide an additional useful box design to those already referenced in the standard. Three changes are expected: 1. Add Section 5.1.17 with Name for Box – Probably - Roll End Tray with Locking Cover 2. Add Section 6.2.2.18 - description of box – TBD 3. Add Figure 22 of the new box (ASTM has created a suitable image)
