1. Scope
The purpose of this guide is to address the basic fundamental subject knowledge, task performance, and task knowledge activities and functions for power plants professionals with a focus on digital engine monitoring systems.Keywords

Members of the F46 committee decided it would be beneficial to create a standard for training personnel on the use, troubleshooting, and analysis of digital engine monitoring systems. This system is not currently covered enough detail in the power plant standard, and is intended to act as an endorsement to the power plant or AET standard to identify personnel with enhanced training specific to these type of engine systems.
