Rationale

Clarification on the required water absorption test method, ASTM D2842. There are two procedures within the test method, but no specific procedure is required in C1029. Language was proposed to the TG to refence Procedure A. The TG felt like either method could be used, depending on the characteristics of the foam (density and closed cell content). It was suggested that a note be added to this section clarifying how the test method procedures should be used.
