Rationale

BALLOT-New Corrosion Method C1936. The corrosion test method in section 13.8 of C665 is being removed. A new standard C1936 has been created to take its place. Test Method C1936 is technically identical to the method formerly found in section 13.8 of C665. It is important to update the C592 standard to reflect these changes. Only the proposed changes within section 2.1, 7.4, and 11.7 are open for ballot. No other sections are open to ballot.
