Rationale

A number of revisions were requested by F48 members since the publication of F3527-21. These are being addressed in this work item, namely: 1- Revise definition of term “harm”, to be consistent with definition published in F3323 – 24 Standard Terminology for Exoskeletons and Exosuits; 2- Address unavoidable change in the situation that is assessed for risk and need for periodic reassessments; 3- Avoid use of term “gender”, per ASTM publication policy
