New Practice for Green Grides

1. Scope

Develop a Standard Practice that defines stakeholders impacted by proposed grid changes and provides them a process to assess these changes. The purpose of this assessment is to ensure that proposed changes satisfy FERC's Statutory design requirements, which are that electric power grids supply a sufficient amount of reliable, resilient, affordable, and safe electricity for everyone. Additionally, the Standard Practice will facilitate policy maker's ability to understand and make informed decisions about achieving green grid goals and objectives.
