A450/A450M does not include a Certification Section. The closest is Section 27, Test Report. This work item will change the title to Certification and Test Reports. This will align A45/A450M with A1016/A1016M, "General Requirements for Ferritic Alloy Steel, Austenitic Alloy Steel, and Stainless-Steel Tubes" regarding certification and or test reports.
