Rationale

This ballot item proposes to clarify/simplify language the language of Note 1. References to the thin brick thickness are removed because they are not directly related to the code limits advised of by the note. The term “construction method” is redundant as it is simply the execution of the rational/engineered design required when units exceed weight limits.
