Rationale

E92 has some typographical errors in appendix X1 that cannot be removed editorially. Specifically, the radicand used to calculate UMeas in the example calculations in X1.8.6 and X1.7.9.3 have an extra “+” symbol at the end which must be removed. Also, there is an error in the intermediate step of the example to calculate UMeas in section X1.8.6 where a value previously used in X1.7.9.3 was used (copy/paste error). There are also errors in use of significant digits used in the examples. This ballot item is to correct these errors.
