Rationale

The classification and definition of aerial adventure courses has not been clear. Different industry groups would like to see F2959 provide a clearer definition. Definitions are tricky and contentious. Instead, we are proposing adding a discussion that ties the term Aerial Adventure Course to the already approved definitions in the standard and with the change in scope language. This should provide the clarity members are requesting.
