Rationale

Wording needs to be added and / or amended for clarification of test methodology to Section 10.13 (McQuaid Ehn Evaluation) and Section 10.6 and 18.4.1 (Comparison Procedure) for Average Grain Size. Revision of paragraph 7.4 to add verbiage about specimen preparation and use of Annex 3. Ties in with 10.13 revisions.
