Rationale

This specification is very similar to ISO 6474-1.  There are differences between them: largely (and significant), this one does not require a flexure fatigue (ISO 22214) test; some slight property differences and fewer properties than ISO 6474-1.  The ISO document is currently being rewritten and it would be valuable to determine whether this should remain as is, be revised or removed.
