Rationale

This work item is to continue work started under expired WK73358. Updates to Fig 1 and Fig 2 were previously balloted to re-order the UOM to list SI Units first – during the balloting process the figures received negative votes because the finish and flatness specifications were not corrected. This updated ballot includes revised diagrams that include SI units and tolerances to all specification as part of the diagram updates.
