Rationale

There are two reasons for this revision. First is to make this method complete in C09 rather than having the analysis portion pointing to C114, which is a C01 method. Second is to correct an error in which C1218 points to the wrong point in C114 thereby apparently requiring that the filtration be done twice in a row.
