Rationale

Section 6.1 on Organization and Management QMS requirements was omitted from the final concurrent ballot before approval and publishing. A subcommittee ballot approved the content of section 6.1 before the concurrent ballot. This ballot is only addressing the addition of the omitted content of section 6.1. All other sections and content are not changed and are not open for comment or negatives.
