Rationale

In the recent D5006 ballot to add multiple reports to the standard in support of the Precision and Bias statement, a comment was received requesting that the titles and source information for the two reports being added to ASTM D5006 be included in section 2, per the Form and Style guide. Subsequently, it was agreed the two references should be added to Section 2. Additionally, the reference to the DTIC needs correction.
