Rationale

This standard is being balloted for withdrawal with no replacement based on the understanding, via committee meeting discussion, that these products are not longer in use within the industry. This standard had been edited by Mr. Todd Berger tberger@reddevil.com prior to the January 2025 meeting. Though based on my correspondence with Mr. Berger, he did not object to the removal of this standard. Balloting for removal (instead of allowing to quietly sunset) so that the industry has an opportunity to object to the removal of this standard.
