This ballot includes additional information regarding other entities that may conduct major modifications and are not the original amusement ride manufacturer or device. An ASTM member asked the Task Group to provide additional information if 3rd parties or other entities, including owner/operators conducting a major modification, and who would be responsible for the associated changes.
