Rationale

All references to ASCE standards for wind loading calculations in F2291 refer to ASCE 7-22 per a previous ballot from 2022. ASCE standards ASCE 7 in its general form, ASCE 7-05, and ASCE 16 are no longer referred to in the body of F2291, only in Section 2. This ballot serves to clean up any hanging references seen in Section 2 and any typos seen in Section 8 regarding the reference to ASCE 7-22.
