Rationale

In 2023 the only know manufacturer of the apparatus for D187 at that time, Stanhope-Seta Limited, Park Close, Englefield Green, Egham, Surrey, England TW20 OXD, announced they were no longer going to make the apparatus. This resulted in footnote “D” being added to Table 1 in D3699. Two new sources of the apparatus have since been identified (see slide below from Summer 2024: D02.E0.01 Burner Fuels presentation that identifies the sources). The sentence being removed is not accurate, so it is being removed.
