Rationale

At the December 2024 Task Group meeting, it was pointed out that some labs are adjusting the air and gas flow inappropriately, for instance to make the pyrometer temperature match what is was during the heat flux calibration. The task group agreed that a new note was required to ensure the air and gas flow are not adjusted without a new heat flux profile being established. This is essential to ensure accurate results. Language was also added to 10.10 to reinforce this point.
