Rationale

Section 6.2 covering faced insulation is being revised to better spell out the specification C1136 requirement. Section 4.1.1 and Note 1 are also revised as appropriate to that change. A negative on a previous ballot submission was found persuasive. This new ballot includes modification to the original which was agreed to be satisfactory at the Orlando meeting last fall. Definition for “Tab” is being added.
