Rationale

1. Clarification was provided to Section 7.3.2 on where to measure plaster. Specifically, it was clarified that plaster thickness over open frame construction is measured from the back plane of the lathing whereas the plaster thickness is measured from the face of the solid backing when plaster is applied over solid substrates, such as concrete, sheathing, etc. 2. The measurement of plaster over drainage mats was added to Section 7.3.2.
