Rationale

The F24.40 subcommittee is aware of the dynamic nature of the F24 standards and the need for regular review of the F770 document in order to adapt with the ever-growing amusement industry. This work item is to address needed updates of F770 for various reasons, including consistency with other F24 practices, movement of language to more appropriate locations in the document, and to better allow other F24 standards to point to F770.
