Rationale

The purpose for this revision is to revise the precision of fatigue force/moment selection to be in-line with concurrent fatigue precision in spinal implant fatigue test methods, to include static yield data in the result to report, and to modify the generalize testing parameters to accommodate implant designs which cannot be tested according to those described in the previous version of the standard.
