Rationale

This guide had expired, and it was discussed in the Philadelphia & Florida D08 meetings to split the all-encompassing spray foam roofing document into new construction and recover. This revised guide addresses the new construction recommendations for spray foam roofing. We worked with key interested parties who had provided comments or negatives to modify the guide to reflect these important considerations. We plan after this guide is approved to move to an additional workgroup for the recover over existing substrates / roof coverings.
