ASTM International and the Qatar General Organization for Standardization have signed an agreement to provide quick and easy access to Qatar Construction Specifications through ASTM Compass®, including links to all of the referenced ASTM standards. This enhanced version of QCS will make it easier for users to locate the appropriate section and chapter of the code they need as well as the ASTM standards referenced in that section.

This latest agreement extends the cooperation that has existed between ASTM and QS since the signing of a memorandum of understanding in 2007.
